Groupon and Cancellation Policies
The following terms apply to all customers:
1. We follow a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will lose your deposit (for non Groupon clients). 2. Our NO CALL NO SHOW fee is $50.00 and must be paid before you are put back on our books.3.One Groupon visit per client. 4. Gratuities are not into included in the value of the Groupon. 5. Your Groupon cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.6. If you NO CALL NO SHOW, you will be subject to our NO CALL NO SHOW fee even if you have a Groupon.7. Confirmed Groupon appointments can only be rescheduled or canceled once as long as more than 48hrs prior to your appointment. If within the 48 hour period, you will be charged a rescheduling fee.8. Our rescheduling fee is $45.00 and is charged to clients wanting to reschedule within the 48 hours before their appointment. This must be paid before you are put back on our books.7. There is a 15 min grace period for appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the appropriate rescheduling fee will be applied.
