Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
Need to reschedule or cancel your microblading appointment? Check out these policies beforehand.
1. All appointments (besides Groupon customers) are required to make a 50% nonrefundable booking fee to book an appointment. The booking fee amount is applied to the total amount due. The booking fee may be transferable at the artists' discretion.
2. We follow a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be subject to our rescheduling fees.
3. NO CALL NO SHOW clients will be subject to a NO CALL NO SHOW fee. Our NO CALL NO SHOW fee is $150.00 and must be paid before you are put back on our books. No deposit refunds will be given. No refunds will be given thru Groupon for these appointments.
4. Confirmed appointments can only be rescheduled once as long as you give 48 hours prior notice. If within the 48 hour period, you will be charged a rescheduling fee.
Our rescheduling fee schedule is as follows;
48 hours' notice or more- $0 fee
(Please note this is only allowed one time)
24 hours' notice- $50 fee
Same Day Cancellation- $100 fee
This MUST be paid before you are put back on our books. No refunds for deposits or Groupon refunds will be given. No exceptions.
5. There is a 10 min grace period for appointments. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will CANCELLED.
